What we do

Made Well Media prepares and submits your private company (Pty) Ltd registration to the CIPC on your behalf, using the information you give us. We are an independent service provider, not the CIPC or a government body.

Price

The fee is a fixed R780, shown before you pay and paid through PayFast. What the fee includes is listed on our website.

Timing

We aim to complete registration within up to 3 business days. Delays can happen if we are waiting for documents from you, if a company name is rejected, or if the CIPC is slow or its systems are down.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you give is true and complete, that you are allowed to act for the directors and owners, and that you will send certified copies of IDs when we ask. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or missing information.

Company names

The CIPC decides whether a name is accepted. We can’t guarantee any name, which is why we ask for several choices.

Refunds

If you change your mind before we have submitted your application to the CIPC, tell us and we will refund your fee in full. Once your application has been submitted, the work has started and fees paid on your behalf can’t be recovered, so we can’t refund those. If we are unable to register your company for a reason on our side, we will refund you. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take several business days.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fee you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have under South African consumer law.
