Who will run the company?

A private company needs at least one director. Use each person’s name exactly as it appears on their ID.

Add everyone who holds shares. The percentages must add up to 100.

Check your details

The registration fee is R780, paid securely through PayFast on the next screen. After you pay, we’ll email you to collect certified copies of each director’s ID, then register your company.
